Hackers Corner
Not very much yet but it's a start
Zip file containing re-arranged bytes of the 10.01 firmware upgrade
making it easier to determine what is text and what is code.
Also contains a read.com program
Unpack into a directory and enter directory using dos prompt
type read *.txt and then press alt-h
Left hand side is Hexadecimal representation of file right is printable ascii
Page down far enough around 034D40 I believe and you'll start to see the text
contained therein.
It would appear that there are lots of debug messages in here
(I wonder how you turn that on)
and a reference to the environment used to produce the code probably from it's
C source.
(ATI Accelerated Technology Nucleus Plus.IDT 3081E/gnu etc. etc.)
Finally apologies to whoever made/wrote/doctored the read.com program it's origin would appear to be well masked.
N.B as far as I can tell the A948E-15E20-11-0927 firmware doesn't
exist they're all mis-labelled
including the one on the www.cyberhome-help.de website
Please note some of this info was incorrect and has been fixed
