Please note if you get a black screen after powering on

Please note there are 2 reasons why you may be getting a black screen.

1. Your machine is too quick and not waiting long enough
after power to reset the CS4955 encoder.

(If this doesn't work use option 2 below)

If this is the case power on press open/close so drawer is open

Press Setup down enter enter down enter

You should now see a black and white screen

Press enter down enter to revert to colour.

Press setup to exit setup screen

2. Your machine is set for the wrong type of video output connection
