Macrovision Hack only works on firmware 10.01

If you're not on 10.01 then click here to see how to upgrade

Start playing your DVD as normal

Press Stop and you will see the cyberhome logo screen

Press Setup and select video

If you are set for PAL
select NTSC and then reselect PAL (yes you do need to press enter for each option)

or

If you were originally set for NTSC
select PAL and then reselect NTSC (Again pressing enter for each option)

Macrovision should now be off go ahead and play the DVD as normal.

Please note Macrovision is off only for duration of DVD
you need to repeat operation for each DVD you play
there is currently no permanent fix that we know of.
